Traditional animal processing
- Animals are harvested on the farm, in familiar surroundings.
- The carcass and organs are inspected by an MPI-approved inspector.
- No transport stress means great-flavoured meat.
- The carcass is chilled and delivered to one of our skilled butchers.
- It’s then aged on the bone for around ten days.
- You choose how your meat is processed when you place your order.
- The butcher processes and packs your beef, ready for you to collect.
